How do I book?

Get in contact via email or phone to check availability & to chat about your vision for your special day.
2. Secure your date
We will send you over a 25% deposit & booking form to lock it all in. A wedding questionnaire will also be sent which you can fill out slowly throughout the planning stages. We are just an email away if you need any guidance. 3. The finer details
we will arrange a phone call with you, 2 weeks before your big day, to go over the questionnaire & the final schedule together. 4. Eeee The big Day! 
With lots of preparation on the team's behalf, enjoy a smooth running, stress free day!5. Sneak Peeks
you will receive 25 sneak peek images within 48 hours of your wedding day. 6. Final Products
you will now receive an online gallery filled with high quality images and / or a dropbox link with your dreamy wedding videos. Images will be sent within 6 weeks  and 10-12 weeks for video.

How far do you travel?

Everywhere & anywhere, we are always down for an adventure. Whether that be a road trip or a flight overseas, we have got you covered.

Question 3

How far in advance do I need to book?

Accepted Answer

If your wedding falls on a weekend we highly recommend booking as soon as possible as our weekend dates get filled up quickly! Our bookings are open to weddings up to 2 years in the future and we only take on a limited amount of weddings a year.

If your wedding falls on a weekday, we tend to have a lot more availability as it's not as common, however It's still best to get in contact soon.

Question 4

What happens if our photographer or videographer are sick on the day?

In the unlikely event that your photographer or videographer cannot attend the wedding, we have back up's. Our team has 3 photographers & 3 videographers as well as collaborations with other creatives where we help each other out incase of this. We've got you covered!

Question 5

Can we choose our music for our wedding film?

Accepted Answer

Due to copyright & licensing laws, we aren't able to use any song. However, we have a license with www.artlist.io and you are able to pick out any song from there!

Question 6

What happens if we need to postpone our wedding?

Accepted Answer

In the event where a reschedule is required, we are more than happy to accomodate another date, (subject to availability). There will be no additional cost for a date change.

Question 7

Can I get the RAW footage?

Accepted Answer

You are able to collect all your RAW video footage. Just pop by our office with a hard drive.

We don't provide RAW photos.

Question 8

How long until my photos and videos are ready?

Accepted Answer

You will 25 photo sneak peeks within 3 days of your wedding. All photos are ready within 2 months from your wedding day.All videos are ready within 3 months from your wedding day.

What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

We personally love the rain! No need to stress, the rain makes for some of the most beautiful & creative shots. Let's bring out those clear umbrellas & create some magic.
